Italian technological hub for design and development of high-tech innovation projects applied to the neuromuscular diseases
MACROACTIVITIES:
- Development and implementation of R&D projects in the field of high-tech innovative projects applied to the neuromuscular diseases.
- Registration and management of research patents promoted in collaboration with research institutes and universities.
- Transfer of technologies to the health, social and welfare sector through the co-design and transfer of technological platforms (such as robotic systems, sensors, applications, materials) in the diagnostic, clinical and rehabilitation fields.
The four modes of Technology Transfer strategy will be:
(I) Sponsored Research Agreements with specialised companies;
(II) Protection and licensing of Intellectual Property;
(III) Joint Laboratories with Research Institutes and Companies;
(IV) Participation in start-ups with a high scientific-technological content;
- Provision of specialized and specific training on the application of technologies in the context of highly complex diseases;
- Design and consultancy for companies with a technological vocation in the context of highly complex diseases.
